WOODSTONE HOMES RECEIVES A LETTER OF PRAISE FROM ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER

Dear John:

We are writing this letter from a house that seven months ago we believed did not exist. Our dream house could be described as a smaller house with a first floor master, gourmet kitchen, huge master bedroom with a luxurious bath and wonderful open spaces to entertain. We wanted all this in a friendly, upscale community with large lots and great views. Sounds impossible and we thought it was – under 3,000 square feet usually means small rooms, a tub shower in the master bath, a range in the kitchen and no custom work or an over 55 community with tiny lots.  Then we found Woodstone. The team we worked with turned our dream into reality. The level of customization offered by your company and the service we received allowed us to create a house that completely meets our needs and desires and truly exceeds our expectations.

Doreen, Nick, and Wayne are an outstanding team. They all listened to what we wanted and offered ideas and suggestions to make it happen. We were given all the information we needed about the options available to us so that we could make informed decisions and prioritize were our money was going. When issues did come up, they were addressed quickly. How a company responds to issues says so much about your level of customer service. It is easy to provide good service when everything goes right – not as easy when something goes wrong and building a house is a major project were there are bound to be problems. We so appreciate how the few issues that came up were handled.

The attention to detail in the construction of the house is outstanding. Wayne treated our house like it was his. Little things like filling the holes behind the electrical outlets with foam may not seem like much to many people, but having built two houses before this we understand what this means to the comfort of the home in the winter!  In addition, the suppliers you deal with were great to work with and had a wide range of products for us to choose from

There are so many examples of how your team worked with us to build our home but the last one stands out – all of our master bath fixtures are brushed nickel. We received a call while we were on vacation asking us if we really wanted the shower door to be Chrome. What a save!  We did not even think of this but Wayne caught it for us. Nick noticed that the switches for the fireplace were not in the best location and offered to move them even before I had to ask.

Doreen asked us at settlement if we could offer any constructive feedback about the process. First it is great that she asked – shows that you all want to continue to improve the experience. But I really thought hard and could not come up with anything.  It really says something that after an eight-month relationship we have no complaints. Our only regret is that because we are never leaving our dream house we will not get to do business with you again. Please feel free to use us as a reference now or any time in the future. We love talking about our experience building this house and would not hesitate to recommend Woodstone to anyone!
