WOODSTONE HOMES CAPTURES THREE PYRAMID AWARDS

Uwchland, PA— Woodstone Homes once again brought home a winner at the 17th annual Pyramid Awards, hosted by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Homebuilders Association of Chester-Delaware County and sponsored by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. The beautiful Drexelbrook was once again the backdrop for the annual awards show, themed “Run for the Roses”, which celebrated another successful year in new home construction, renovation, advertising and sales.

Woodstone received an award for Best Single Family Home of the Year Under 2,500 Square Feet for their Courtland Model at Knob Hill Farm. This was the first year that Knob Hill Farm was eligible for entry, and the Courtland model certainly proved to be a winner-it is also one of the most popular models with homebuyers at the community, which is over half sold out.

Also recognized for outstanding sales efforts were Lucy Arnold, Sales Manager at Knob Hill Farm, who achieved the $18 Million Dollar Sales Club Award, and Karen Walsh, Sales Manager at Preserve at Birch Run, who achieved the $9 Million Dollar Sales Club Award.
