DIRECTIONS:
Rt 202 to the Rt 30 By-Pass west to the Rt
322 Downingtown exit. Turn right onto Rt 322
west, proceed approximately 5 miles to the
traffic light at Rt 82. Turn right on Rt 82
north proceed approximately 2 miles turn left
on Lippitt Road to Edgemoor Run on left.
